Founder
Chad McKay
Chad McKay founded Everward out of a simple conviction: that ordinary people, meeting regularly around honest questions, can become better — and build a stronger community in the process.
He lives in the Lexington area with his family, and started Everward here because he believes a better future is built in places that rarely make headlines: a repaired relationship, a kept promise, a neighbor helped.
He’ll tell you himself that he doesn’t have every answer — that’s rather the point of the place.

Everward is in its founding chapter. As facilitators, advisors, and team members join, they’ll be introduced here — by name, with real photographs, and in their own words. We won’t invent a team we don’t have.

The Everward Center is designed around human interaction, not spectacle: warm light, books, comfortable seating, coffee, food, rooms for circles and small groups, space for children, and room for the community to gather.
The community is the experience — not an audience watching a personality on a stage.
