Privacy policy
Your information, treated like you’d want.
The short version: we collect as little as possible, use it only to serve you, and never sell or share it. What follows is the longer version — last updated September 2026.
What we collect
When you RSVP or contact us, we collect what you choose to tell us: your name, an email or phone number, how many are coming, and any note you add (like dietary or accessibility needs). That’s it.
When you visit this site, basic technical information is transmitted automatically by your browser (such as your IP address and browser type), as with any website. We don’t run invasive trackers or advertising pixels.
How we use it
Your information is used only for the purpose you gave it: preparing for your visit, responding to your message, and — if you asked — keeping you posted about Everward. We do not sell personal information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. Ever.
How we keep it
We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to serve you, and we’ll store it with reasonable safeguards. If our storage practices change (for example, when we connect a proper CRM), we’ll update this policy.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Use the Contact page and we’ll honor the request promptly.
Children
Everward welcomes families. If you share information about your children (for example, in an RSVP note so we can plan for them), it’s used only for that purpose and kept with the same care as everything else.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be explained plainly, not buried.
Questions
Privacy questions go to us directly via the Contact page. We answer them ourselves.
