This Sunday

Come as you are.
Leave with something worth carrying.

No membership. No belief statement. No need to know anyone. Just show up curious.

The morning

Two ways in. Same welcome.

8:30
AM

One Table Breakfast

Coffee, a real breakfast, and unhurried conversation around shared tables. No presentation, no lecture. Many people start here because sitting beside someone new is easier over food.

11:00
AM

Everward Gathering

One big question, explored together through philosophy, science, faith traditions, and lived experience — then made personal, then carried into the week as one commitment.

This week’s question

“What makes a good life?”

Come with an answer, a doubt, or nothing at all. All three are welcome.

Your first visit

Here’s exactly what happens when you arrive.

Uncertainty keeps people home. So here’s the whole thing, no surprises:

A warm welcome at the entrance of the Everward Center

Conceptual imagery — real photography will replace it as our community forms.

  1. Walk in the front door.

Everward Center, 101 Main Street. The door’s open and the coffee’s on.

  2. Someone says hello.

A greeter meets you at the door, learns your name, and walks with you — to coffee, to a seat, to whatever’s next.

  3. Sit anywhere.

At breakfast, sit beside someone you haven’t met — that’s the tradition. At the Gathering, find a seat in the circle. Nobody saves seats by status here.

  4. Wear what you’d wear to a friend’s house.

Come as you are. There’s no dress code, and nobody’s checking.

  5. Bring the kids.

Families are part of this, not an afterthought. See Families for what to expect.

  6. Leave whenever you need to.

Stay for breakfast, the Gathering, or both. Slip out quietly if you must — no one will chase you down.

Let us know you’re coming

We’ll save you more than a seat.

You don’t need to RSVP — walk-ins are always welcome at the 11:00 Gathering. Breakfast seats at One Table are held for members and their invited guests: if a member invited you, note their name below and we’ll save your seat at the table.

We ask for the minimum: who you are, how to reach you, and how many are coming. That’s it. We don’t sell, share, or keep data you didn’t ask us to keep. See our Privacy page.

Please tell us your name.

Just so we can confirm and reach you if plans change.

You’re in

We’ll be watching for you, friend.

You’re coming to the morning with 1 person. Here’s everything you need:

  • Directions. Everward Center, 101 Main Street, Lexington, SC. Open in Google Maps →
  • When you arrive. Come to the front door — a greeter will meet you, learn your name, and walk with you to coffee and a seat. Aim to arrive about 10 minutes early.
  • What to wear. Whatever you’d wear to a friend’s house. Come as you are.
  • Nervous about coming alone? Most people’s first visit is solo. Breakfast is the easiest on-ramp — sitting beside someone new is the whole point.
  • Families. Kids are welcome and part of the morning.
